Instructions
Step 1
Heat cast iron pan to medium low. Once heated, add oil and evenly spread over the pan using a paper towel.
Step 2
Add eggs, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix well with whisk or fork.
Step 3
Add 1/2 the butter to pan and spread evenly.
Step 4
Dip a slice of bread in egg/milk mixture and place in pan. Repeat using 2 more bread slices.
Step 5
Cook bread 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and done.
Step 6
Continue cooking last 3 slices of bread, repeating 3 and 4.
Step 7
Sprinkle with powder sugar.
