Instructions
Step 1
Start by preheating a fan oven to 160°C.
Step 2
Line a medium baking tray with grease proof paper (you can also line a cupcake tray with medium or large cases).
Step 3
Melt the chocolate and margarine together in a bowl of a pan of lightly boiling water or in the microwave in short blasts stirring in-between.
Step 4
While the chocolate and margarine mixture cools to room temperature, whisk together the eggs and sugar.
Step 5
Once the chocolate and margarine mixture is fully cooled to room temperature, gently flod it into the sugar and eggs mixture around a third at a time to keep as much air in the mixture as possible.
Step 6
Sieve together the flour and cocoa powder into the rest of the mixture and fold in.
Step 7
Put the mixture into the tray (or cupcake cases) and bake in the oven for 35-40 mins (or 30mins for cupcakes)
