Instructions
Step 1
Add the sunflower, coconut flakes and cacao to blender. Blend for 10 seconds until fine.
Step 2
Add the peanut butter, melted coconut oil and dates.
Step 3
Blend until the mix comes together.
Step 4
Transfer to mixing bowl.
Step 5
Add the plant-milk and Thai black ginger powder. I use a black sesame milk.
Step 6
Use a pair of gloves and mix well to get a nice smooth consistency.
Step 7
Roll into 25g balls and roll in finely chopped roasted peanuts.
Step 8
Refrigerator and enjoy a healthy filling snack as required.
