Instructions
Step 1
Place a pot over medium heat and butter.
Step 2
Mince onion and garlic. Saute in melted butter.
Step 3
Cook until onions are softened and translucent.
Step 4
Add chicken broth and broccoli to pot.
Step 5
Cook until broccoli is tender.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Place cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until soft.
Step 8
Stir in cream cheese and heavy whipping cream to pot.
Step 9
Bring it to a boil.
Step 10
Reduce heat and stir in cheddar cheese and almond flour.
Step 11
Continue to cook until cheese is melted and soup has thicken.
Step 12
Sprinkle black pepper.
