Step 1
Beat egg whites and sugar to very soft peaks
Step 2
Dip biscuits in espresso and make a 3x4 rectangle
Step 3
Cover rectangle with egg and sugar mixture
Step 4
Make another layer with espresso-soaked biscuits and cover with egg and sugar mixture
Step 5
Continue layering until desired height is achieved
Step 6
Cover final layer and outside of cake with egg and sugar mixture followed by grated chocolate
