Instructions
Step 1
Heat butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add chicken pieces, garlic and stir fry or about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Step 3
Add jar of butter chicken cooking sauce, sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Garnish with sliced cashews
Step 5
Serve over steamed white rice or no yolk noodles
