Shrimp Garlic Noodles

If you ever have been to a crawfish house, they always have the garlic noodles on the menu. Decided to make it at home with some jumbo shrimps. You cannot go wrong with this quick and simple dish.

1. Boil spaghetti until al dente

2. Reserve 1 tsp of pasta water

3. Combine the pasta water with soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce

4. Reserve

5. Season shrimp with salt and pepper

6. Sear in an oiled pan each side for approximately 2 minutes each

7. Remove and set aside

8. In same pan add more oil and butter

9. Add garlic and sauté until light blonde

10. Add in the sauce blend from step 3
Step 11
11. Add spaghetti, shrimp and parmesan

12. Toss until everything is evenly coated

13. Plate and serve
