-2 large chicken breasts (chop into bite-size pieces)
-1 teaspoon of adobo
-2 tablespoons taco seasoning
-1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
-the juice of 1 lime
-2 tablespoons of oil

Cook the chicken for about 12 or until fully cooked

——CHEESE SAUCE——
-3 tablespoons unsalted butter
-3 tablespoons flour
-2 cups milk
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-2 cups of cheddar cheese (shred by hand)

Put the Nachos in the oven at 350° for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts

-Pico de gallo
-guacamole
-sour cream
