Step 1
1. Place a skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray over medium heat. Add the pork and cook for around 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
Step 2
2. Transfer this pork to a crockpot and return the pan to heat, coat with more non-stick cooking spray and add garlic and onions. Sauté these for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
3. Add broth to the pan and stir vigorously. Pour into the crockpot with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4
4. Cook for five to seven hours on low until the pork is tender.
Step 5
5. Turn off heat; stir in parsley and yogurt. Serve immediately.
