Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients, except for the cornmeal into a bowl

Let chill for 1hr
Step 3
Dust some flour on a flat surface and roll the dough for 5 mins to activate glutens.
Step 4
Put back in bowl and cover, to let sit overnight or 12hrs.
Step 5
On a floured surface, stretch dough until about a half inch thickness
Step 6
Cut into circles and place on a baking sheet dusted with cornmeal, then sprinkle cornmeal on tops
Step 7
Cover baking sheet with towel for one hour
Step 8
Play Dutch oven on top of stove on low heat [3]. let warm for 8 minutes
Step 9
Cook the muffins in the covered Dutch oven for 6-8 minutes on each side.
Step 10
Let chill before serving.
