Sometimes you just want some buns. You can make this plain or add some herb seasoning to enhance the flavour.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 4 ramekins with Pam and set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the olive oil, and eggs. Mix all the ingredients together with a fork and divide the batter into the 4 ramekins. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning or Herbs De Provence if using.
Step 3
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove the buns from the oven and remove from the ramekins. Place on a wire rack to cool so the bottom does not become soggy.
