1 ½ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoongranulated sugar
1 glassmilk
0.5 glassolive oil
fennel seeds
sesame seeds
For eggwash (1 yolk = 2 tablespoon of milk):
Instructions
Step 1
Place yeast in cup and fill 1/2 of cup with luke warm-hot water
Step 2
Add sugar to the cup, mix with yeast and leave for 10 mins
Step 3
Place all flour in bowl with salt and then yeast
Step 4
In mixer place 2 egg whites, oil, milk and fennel seeds then whisk together
Step 5
Then mix both bowls together and mix with K hand attachment for 10 mins
Step 6
When dough is made place bowl in warm place for 1 hour, add some oil on top so it doesn't stick to cling film
Step 7
Take it out and make little balls of bread, place in tray and cover it for another hour
Step 8
Make eggwash
Step 9
Preheat oven to 235°C
Step 10
Use rolling pin to straighten them and spread eggwash and rest of seeds
Step 11
Place in oven for 10-15 mins
Step 12
Take out and allow to cool
