Mozzarella-Stuffed Meatballs 👌🍝 Ingredients 2 lbs 97% lean beef 10 GG crisp breads pulverized into sprinkles 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup water 1 large onion 1 tsp of garlic powder 1 tsp of onion powder 1 tsp kosher salt 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning 1 large egg lightly beaten 8 part-skim mozzarella string cheese sticks cut into fifths (40 pieces total) Preheat oven 400 use 2 large baking sheets lined with parchment paper or tinfoil In large bowl combine all ingredients except for mozzarella cheese mix well Divide mixture into 40 meatballs and press mozzarella cube into meatball in the palm of your cupped hand making sure the cheese is covered completely Place balls on baking sheets and bake for 35 minutes Serve immediately and freeze leftovers pop in Microwave to reheat Perfect for lunch or dinner Serves 10 (4 meatballs) 4 net carbs per serving
