Ingredients

1 tablespoonoil
1yellow onion
large, diced
1 tablespoonchopped garlic
2kglean ground beef
1 tablespoonitalian seasoning
heaping
2 teaspoonspepper
2 teaspoonssalt
1 jarpasta sauce
4 cupsbeef broth
1can crushed tomatoes
12 ouncesMafalda noodles
can use lasagna noodles broken
½ cupheavy cream
1 cupmozzarella cheese shredded
1 cupjack cheese
blend, shredded
parsley

Instructions
Step 1
Heat dutch oven over medium-high heat
Step 2
Add in oil and then chopped onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until partly translucent. Add in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add in ground beef and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
If necessary, drain
Step 5
Pour in pasta sauce, 4 cups beef broth, crushed tomatoes, and stir to combine.
Step 6
Add in mafalda noodles and allow soup to simmer for 8 minutes, or until noodles are al dente
Step 7
Add in heavy cream and cheeses, stir until combined
Step 8
Serve immediately.
