A close cousin to sloppy joes! And boy was it GOOD! I used a recipe off the @jiffymixes website and I jazzed it up a bit! 😉

Instructions

Step 1
Here’s the yummy recipe: 1. In a skillet with high sides cook up about 1 lb. Or 2 lb. of ground meat, 1 chopped sweet onion, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, garlic powder, cayenne, and smoked paprika! Let that cook about 10-15 minutes until no longer pink.
Step 2
2. Then add two 15 oz. Cans of sloppy joe sauce. I used Manwich Bold & Original. Then let it simmer another 5 minutes or so.
Step 3
3. Add to a square 9x9 baking dish!
Step 4
4. Then blend up 1 box of Jiffy, 1 egg, & 1/2 cup of milk. Then fold in 8 oz. Of shredded cheddar cheese!
Step 5
5. Spoon that over the meat mixture and smooth over carefully!
Step 6
6. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes!
Step 7
7. Let it rest at least 10-15 minutes before serving!
