1 cupPomegranates
arils from 1 large POM Wonderful, or Pom Pomegranate Arils

1 x 8 ozcream cheese
package, or 1 cup cottage cheese

¾ cupgrated parmesan cheese

2cloves garlic
crushed

½ cupshredded swiss cheese

1 x 10 ozfrozen chopped spinach
package, thawed and drained

1 cupmayonnaise

1 x 6.5 ozmarinated artichoke hearts
jar, drained and chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Swiss cheese, chopped spinach, mayonnaise, artichokes and arils. Spread into a 1-quart baking dish or 9-inch glass pie pan.
Step 3
Bake until bubbly around the edges and cheese has melted, about 15 minutes.
