Vegan Cheeze š§ Nut Free
I get a lot of requests for a nut free cheese option and I have found a bomb one āš¾ for you. This recipe comes all the way from Portugal and created by @gnomo_vegano (on Pinterest) Make sure you give her a follow. She is waves š with the vibes and bomb recipes.
I have made a few changes to the recipe, since I donāt have access to things like Sour Manic Starch. This was so simple and delicious. I canāt wait for you all to try this! It is so crazy how this vegan cheeze melts and shreds with perfection.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix water and tapioca starch together in a bowl. Place the bowl to the side.
Step 2
In a pan, combine oat milk, vegetable oil, agar agar, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, and garlic powder (NOT the paprika!). Mix until dissolved. Cook on medium for 3 minutes. Once the cheese begins to bubble, add the tapioca starch mixture and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Lightly grease a small bowl with vegetable oil. Add cheese mixture to bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4
Roll the cheese in the smoked paprika and enjoy!
