Instructions

Step 1
Season your beef with your preferred seasonings. Fully cook, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Warm the large tortilla in the microwave for a few seconds before assembling.
Step 3
Place about 2 oz of beef into the center of the tortilla. Top with lettuce and tomatoes (as much as you want) and finish with a couple chips to cover all of the veggies.
Step 4
Scoop a tablespoon worth of yogurt and nacho cheese onto the corn tortilla. Place directly on top of your mound of ingredients with the cheese/yogurt side facing down.
Step 5
Fold the edges of the larger tortilla over the smaller one. It won’t cover fully but it will be pretty close.
Step 6
Toast in a greased sauté pan over medium heat. This will help seal and melt all the ingredients together. Brown both sides.
