Instructions

Step 1
Trim fat from beef. Cut into 1/2 inch strips. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in heavy skillet and sear beef quickly on all sides. Set beef aside. I remaining butter, sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms until onion is golden. Remove from heat and add flour, bouillon, ketchup, salt and pepper, and stir until smooth. Gradually stir in consume; bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Over low heat, add wine, dill, and sour cream, stirring until we'll combined. Add beef and simmer just until sauce and beef are hot. Serve over rice or pasta.
