Instructions
Step 1
Season and cook chicken to your liking.
Step 2
Crush ritz and cover the bottom of greased casserole dish with 1/3 of the ritz.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients and spread over ritz.
Step 4
Put remaining crushed crackers in too and pour melted butter on top.
Step 5
Bake for 20-30 min at 350 (180) until crackers have browned some.
Step 6
Serve with rice, pasta, baked potato, veggies, etc.
