Instructions
Step 1
Crush the tofu in to crumbs using a fork


Step 2
Mush the banana using a fork


Step 3
Combine both in to one bowl

Step 4
Add flour, a pinch of salt and stevia, vanilla to taste to the mixture, mix thoroughly. You may need more or less flour depending on the moisture content of the tofu and the size of the banana. Make sure the mixture is thick enough to form sirniki.




Step 5
Form 6 sirniki, put on a preheated pan with a little oil, cover with a lid, hold for a couple of minutes, then turn the sirnik over and, already without a lid, for a couple more minutes.

Step 6
After cooling down a little, the sirniki will become denser, be guided by your taste.
Step 7
Can be served with sour cream , jam , chocolate pudding etc
