2 steps
Prep:15minCook:30min
This is my family’s take on the Greek dish garlic chicken melts. My dad went to a restaurant back before it closed down and ate this dish and ever since then he has created his version of it. My family loves it and I hope you enjoy it.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook your chicken you can use any boneless chicken with a little minced garlic ( powder works just as well ) and cook your onions. Once your onions are cooked add them to the chicken if you would like to make it easier with less dishes, go ahead and add the onions after the chicken has been cooked, just put it all in one pan,
Step 2
Add 4 teaspoons of sugar you can add more or less my family used cane sugar, but feel free to use white sugar or brown sugar, caramelize the onions and the chicken and the sugar together and use Nam or pita bread we used num flat bread but pita bread is just fine
