Instructions
Step 1
We prefer bone-in, skin on chicken thighs for this recipe. But you could use any cut.
Step 2
In a bowl, stir together oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Place chicken in a large Ziploc or vacuum seal bag. Pour marinade over chicken.
Step 4
Let marinate for at least 1 hour. Overnight is ideal.
Step 5
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Step 6
Place chicken on the grill. Cook for approximately 5 - 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of chicken. If the chicken gets too dark before cooking through place on indirect heat to avoid scorching. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees.
Step 7
Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Top with chopped parsley and serve.
