Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to boil. Cook spaghetti noodles to al dente stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef until browned and crumbly. Drain/Discard any grease. Transfer to bowl and mix with spaghetti sauce.
Step 4
Place half the slices of butter into 9x13 baking dish. Top with half the cooked noodles. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream together. Spread mixture over noodles. Layer remaining cooked noodles over creamy mixture. Top with remaining pats of butter
Step 5
Pour and spread ground beef mixture over spaghetti.
Step 6
Bake for 30 mins. Top with sharp cheddar cheese and bake an additional 15 mins or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
