Instructions
Step 1
• Fry the bacon gently in the base of the pressure cooker, until the fat runs out.
Step 2
• Add the leeks and sauté 2-3 mins without colouring
Step 3
• Add remaining ingredients, black pepper to taste.
Step 4
• Stir well, and close the cooker
Step 5
• Bring to H pressure and cook for 15 mins
Step 6
• Reduce pressure quickly
Step 7
• When cool enough, blend to a smooth consistency
Step 8
• Serve hot
