You can use the same method and recipe for chicken thighs and duck legs.
Notes for 4 turkey legs and 2 thighs.
Marinade 30 min, cook ~2 hours, broil or deep fry until skin is crispy

Ingredients

Marinade
½ cuplight soy sauce
¼ cuppalm vinegar
1 tbpsginger
sliced
3 tbpssugar
4cloves garlic
0.5 tbpswhole pepper
Braising Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients. Add beef ribs to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour marinade over beef.
Step 2
Marinade for at least 30 minutes
Step 3
Pre-heat oven to 325oF. Add ~1 cup of chicken stock to the beef and marinade so that it covers up to ~3/4 of the meat.
Step 4
Cook for ~2.5 hours untill the meat is fall off the bone tender. Remove the meat from the braising liquid and broil until there is nice carmalization on the meat.
Step 5
Separate the fat from the braising liquid and pour the liquid over the meat before serving.
