Step 1
Slice green onion, garlic and red bell pepper into small slices; Slice beef brisket into 2-3 inches across slices, transfer sliced beef in a bowl and pour cooking wine and corn starch in the beef to marinate evenly, set aside.
Step 2
Heat up some olive oil in pan on high heat; adjust the heat from high to medium. Put sliced beef brisket in the pan to stir fry. Drain the beef as needed during this process of cooking and transfer beef slices out to a bowl when they are cooked by 60%(when color changes).
Step 3
Pour rest of olive oil in the pan to start. Throw sliced garlic in the pan to stir fry on medium heat, further add soy sauce, oyster sauce in the pan to mix until aromatic scent comes out. Finally add previously cooked beef slices in the pan to evenly mix for 1 minute or so. Garnish with black pepper powder, sugar and sliced green onion. Transfer beef out and serve warm.
