1 Tbspoyster sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a clay pot. Put in marinated pork to brown.

Add garlic, cinnamon stick, star anise and water. Cover for 5-8 minutes.

Step 3
Add the marinade sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce and 1 tbsp sugar or to taste. Then add 1 cup of water. After an hour, add another 1 cup of water. Braise for 1 1/2 hours. (Add more water if required & adjust according to taste).

Add hard boiled eggs and taufu pok. Cover for another 10-15 minutes.
