Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking dish with tin foil. Carefully cut the apple and peach in half and remove the core and pit from the fruit. Slice both fruits and chop into large pieces and put into a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture with cinnamon and sweetener. Mix well to coat the pieces.
Step 2
Heat the margarine in a small frying pan on the stove. Once melted, carefully spoon the mixture into the hot pan. Stir frequently until the fruit starts to caramelize and the fruit is slightly tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in the yogurt, completely coating all the fruit. Tear the bagel into small chunks and cover the bottom of the baking dish in one layer. Pour the mix over the bagels, and completely cover the bagels. Bake for 15 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven. Let sit for a few moments. Serve and enjoy. Can serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired. Can also crumble rolled oats and brown sugar (light brown sugar) over the top to create a crunch.
