Step 1
Peel, core and chop the apples, and place in an ovenproof dish. Add 75g of the honey (keep back the rest for the crumble) and all of the cinnamon. Stir until apple chunks are well coated in the honey and cinnamon.
Step 2
In a clean bowl, combine the porridge oats, fat free quark, and the remainder of the honey. With your hands, mix thoroughly until the quark is completely broken down and the oats take on a crumbly texture. Then layer evenly over the apples.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan) for about 25-30 minutes (until the oats are golden and the apples underneath have soften). Serve immediately, or allow to cool completely and refrigerate for later use.
