Instructions

Step 1
Combine flour, salt & pepper. Dredge steak in flour mix, shaking off excess. Reserve excess flour and whisk it into broth, set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in large pan over med-high. Add steak, cook 3 minutes on each side or until brown. Remove from pan.
Step 3
Coat pan with nonstick spray, add onion and sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in broth mix (whisking again if it has settled), scrape pan to loosen browned bits.
Step 4
Return steak to pan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer 7 minutes or until gravy thickens and steak is tender. Serve sauce spooned over steak.
