Instructions
Step 1
Toast your pine nuts and wack everything into a blender until it looks like pesto. I live to put the lemon in after the pine nuts have cooked a little so it doesn’t loose it’s flavour/tangyness.
Step 2
Add more garlic, add more oil, add more lemon, even add vegan cheese if you want. This keeps in the fridge for around 5-7 days.
