Instructions

Step 1
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Stir together. Add water and stir just until shaggy ball forms. Turn ball out into greased bowl, cover and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours. Preheat over to 425 degrees. After rising, butter a 9×13 pan and turn dough into pan. Push dough gently into corners of pan, drizzle top of dough with 2 tablepoons of olive oil, and push fingertips into top all over. Sprinkle top next with coarse salt and rosemary. Let loaf rise another 20-30 min. Cook at 425 for 15 min. Then another 15 min. at 375. Immediately turn out onto wire rack out of oven to cool.
