Instructions

Salmon

Step 1
Add Half of the Butter to a Large Skillet on Medium High Heat
Step 2
Add Salmon to Pan Skin Side Up and sprinkle salmon skin with salt and pepper, sear for 3-4 minutes or until satisfied
Step 3
Flip salmon over (now skin side down) and sprinkle remaining salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Top Salmon Slabs with remaining butter (sliced to make it easier to melt), drizzle honey over all salmon slabs ensuring salmon is covered sufficiently. Sear until salmon is golden brown or until desired temperature achieved.

Roasted Veggies

Step 5
PreHeat Oven to 400 degrees
Step 6
Add vegetables to sautee pan on medium high with of olive oil , adding just a teaspoon of water to keep vegetables from sticking to pain. Sautee for 15 minutes
Step 7
Remove Vegetables from Sautee Pan and Align vegetables on a sheet pan or shallow glass dish with foil or parchment paper
Step 8
Season Vegetables with Salt and Pepper To Taste, drizzle with olive oil and place in oven for 10-15 minutes
