Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix the sugar with the cocoa powder and the egg whites until you get a thick consistency.
Step 2
Add in the chopped chocolate and the pinch of salt, and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 3
With a teaspoon or tablespoon form the cookies on a tray lined with baking paper.

Let the ray sit for 30 minutes until they are set. Then add it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Once baked they will be shiny and slightly cracked.
Step 6
PS: You can add in the mixture chopped peanuts or walnuts, shredded coconut, dried fruits or chocolate chips on top.
