Before cooking begin to thaw out the pastry top. Saute onions, celery and garlic. Add frozen veggie. Add dry spices. Add 3 tablespoons of flour (Garbanzo Flour healthier) or use regular flour. Add 2 cups stock and 1 cup half and half. stir to thicken. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Can transfer mixture to baking dish or leave in oven safe cooking pan. lay the pastry top on and coat with egg wash mixed with a little water. Leave a few holes in top to vent. Cook for 20 mins in oven.
