minced, 1 Condiment
1 tspolive oil
1 Healthy Fat
0.5 packetsplenda
optional, 1/2 Condiment
½ teaspoonsalt
½ tspdried basil
1/2 Condiment
1 ½ tspreduced fat grated parmesan cheese
grated, divided /2
pepper
3 cupszucchini
unpeeled, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 ½ cupstomatoes
peeled and diced or it can be canned with less than 5 g of carbs per 1/2 cup
Instructions
Step 1
Cook garlic in oil until garlic is brown. Add sugar, salt, pepper, basil, and zucchini. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and cook for about 1 minute or until heated thoroughly. Divide into 1 1/2 cup servings. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese.
