Instructions

Step 1
heat up olive oil in a pan, squeeze garlic cloves and cook for 1min
Step 2
place sliced tomatoes in a pan with garlic oil and cook until soft and nice
Step 3
sprinkle ciabatta with olive oil and grill (in a pan/grill)
Step 4
place mozzarella and grilled tomatoes on ciabatta
Step 5
sprinkle some chopped basil and balsamic vinegar
