Instructions
Step 1
Wash all fruits and vegetables to remove sand and dirt from them
Step 2
Cut the pineapple into smaller bits and remove the stalk
Step 3
Wash the mint leaves and ensure that there is no sand in between the leaves anymore.
Step 4
Pluck the leaves from the smaller sprigs and rewash them. Cut them into the bowl of pineapple
Step 5
Wash the ginger and peel off the skin, if you prefer. I prefer the skin having washed it thoroughly and removed the various heads.
Step 6
Slice the ginger into skinny bits and fuse them into the bowl containing mint and pineapples
Step 7
Pour these washed fruits into a blender with very little water just enough to move things around the blades of the blender.
Step 8
Pulse while you blend to enable the blender work finely.
Step 9
Add the cloves and blend
Step 10
Add the condensed milk last.
