Instructions
Step 1
Boil cabbage stem, carrot, tomato and ginger powder in a pot 1/3 filled with water over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.





Step 2
When carrot is softened, add in cabbage leaf, fish sauce, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and continue boil until the leaves are softened/to desired softness.



Step 3
Add the remaining item and off heat as soon as shabu pork is cooked. [Mum: goji berry will lose its vitamin if overcooked]
