For the Marinate
½ tspsalt
1egg
2 TbsCooking Wine
5 TbsSweet Potato Starch
1 TbsLight Soy Sauce
¼ tspblack pepper powder
1 TbsOyster Sauce
½ tspChicken Powder
For the broth
Instructions
Step 1
Chop green onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces; Slice pork tenderloin into 2-3 inch across slices, marinate pork slices with sweet potato starch, egg, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, black pepper powder, chicken powder and salt for 10 minutes;
Step 2
Heat up cooking oil in a skillet over high heat, and then adjust heat from high to medium once oil becomes hot. Put diced garlic and ginger in the oil to stir until aromatic. Add approximately 1500ml water in the pot and bring soup to boil;
Step 3
Gently place pork slice one at a time in the soup once soup starts to boil, do not stir the pot. Once broth boils again, add spinach in the soup to cook until done. Season with some salt and chicken powder accordingly; sprinkle some green onion before you remove the soup from the heat. Serve warm.
