One pan chicken and black bean rice
This is the perfect meal for a family, make it for dinner and your family will love you and it’s easy clean up. You make it all in one pan and serve it with a side of salad and done, it’s delicious, easy and comes together really fast.
——Ingredients——
-8 skinless boneless chicken thighs
-1 tablespoon of lawry’s seasoned salt
-1 tablespoon of tony Creole seasoning
-1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of onion powder
-1/4 cup of oil
-3 cups of basmati rice wash and soak in warm water for 25 minutes
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 onion
-1 jalapeño deseeded
-2 15.5oz cans of black beans
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-1 teaspoon of oregano
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
-1 tablespoon of salt
-3 1/2 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth
-cilantro or parsley for garnish
