Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, brown and season meat while warming chicken broth in a medium saucepan
Step 2
Sauté mushrooms and set aside
Step 3
Sauté onions and garlic
Step 4
Toast rice being very careful not to burn it and add back onions and garlic
Step 5
Add chicken broth to rice 1/4 cup at a time until completely absorbed
Step 6
Continuously stir for 25-30 minutes, for the last 10 minutes add back the mushrooms and beef
