Instructions

Step 1
Clean fruit and cut into bite size pieces

Step 2
In a small saucepan combine water and cornstarch, mix into a slurry. Add fruit, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Place saucepan over low-medium heat, stir regularly.

Step 3
Use wooden spoon to mash fruit up a bit. As the fruit gets hotter, start stirring constantly. Let it boil for 1 minute. It will thicken and become jelly-like.
Step 4
Take off heat. Stir in cinnamon. Store in air tight container
