Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop tomatoes, put in mixing bowl with pinch of salt
Step 2
Whisk up the dressing in a large bowl and add the dried cranberries

Finely chop red onion. Add to salad dressing

Roughly slice celery. Separate leaves of lettuces.
Step 5
Pull herb leaves from stems and add to lettuce and celery. Roughly chop all

Drain tomatoes. Add to lettuce mixture. Add feta. Add dressing. Season with salt and pepper and serve
