Instructions

Rinse Roast carefully and pat dry and season

Add Roast, Water, and Minced Garlic to Slower Cooker
Step 3
Add water and make sure Roast is slightly submerged
Step 4
Cover, set on Medium for 3 1/2 hours

After 3 1/2 hours, place meat on cutting board for 10 minutes...

After resting and cooling, take a Chef knife and rough chop meat, place in a bowl and set aside.

In a medium Sauce pan, add Molasses, Brown Sugar, Red Chili Flakes, Ketchup, Apple Cider Vinegar and a pinch of Salt, stir, cover and simmer on low until all ingredients are well mixed

Cut Avocados, Cilantro, Red Onion, Diced Tomatoes, Lime Juice, Diced Jalapenos, and Jalapeno Salt, and add to a bowl and mix, set aside

Add BBQ Sauce to meat and light stir

Butter both pieces of the bin and lightly toast

Spread BBQ Beef on buns, and add a generous amount of Spicy Guac... Serve hot and immediately.... Enjoy!
