Step 1
1. Pre heat oven to 525 and place pizza stone in oven
2. Using semolina flour shape and toss dough in pizza form
3. Drizzle half the oil on pizza
4. Sprinkle Rosemary, red pepper and black pepper on dough
5. Top with pecorino cheese
6. Add roasted 7. Shovel pizza onto pizza stone and cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned and bubbly (slight char is good!)
8. Remove from oven and slice 9. Finish with drizzle of remaining oil
