All ingredients into one large bowl, except for a small amount of flour
Step 2
Combine the dough

Knead the dough on a floured work surface

Rest for 10 minutes
Step 5
Knead again till it's cohesive
Step 6
Form 16 rolls
Step 7
Rest for 45 minutes in a warm place
Step 8
Brush with beaten egg
Step 9
Bake for 7-9 minutes in a 230ºC oven (210ºC heated air)
Step 10
Let the rolls cool down a little before digging in
