Ingredients
4 servings

¼ cupspinach

1 teaspooncrushed garlic
140 gramstomato-based pizza sauce

1wholemeal pitta bread

30glow-fat ricotta cheese

¼ cuplow-fat cheddar cheese
grated

1button mushroom
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
Step 2
2. Wash and prepare spinach, garlic and mushrooms.
Step 3
3. Microwave spinach in a bowl with a little bit of water sprinkled on top for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Combine pizza sauce, tomato paste and garlic in a bowl.
Step 5
Cut mushroom into thin slices.
Step 6
Place pitta bread on a baking tray and spread with the tomato sauce mixture. Top with spinach, then sliced mushrooms and finally the cheeses.
Step 7
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until topping is browned.
