Note I've also used self-rising flour for this recipe, if you use self-rising flour do not add baking soda or salt to the recipe

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix together the flaxseed and water and let sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cream together the butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add flaxseed mix and vanilla. In a medium bowl, combine together flour, baking soda, salt, Brewer’s Yeast, and oats. Add to the butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time. Once the dough is mixed together well, add chocolate chips. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
